Please read and comply with the NORD 61 apartment rules

  1. The apartment reservation is made by phone or e-mail.
  2. The condition of booking is the payment of 30% of the total amount for the stay within 3 days from the date of booking. In the absence of payment within 3 days, the reservation will be canceled.
  3. In the event of resignation, the advance payment is not refundable.
  4. The day begins on the first day of your stay at 14.00 and ends at 11.00 on the day of departure.
  5. The remaining part of the payment (70%) for the entire stay, please pay to your account 7 days before arrival or pay in cash on arrival.
  6. In the case of shortening the period of stay by the customer, the amount for the unused period is not refunded.
  7. In case of a stay of less than 7 days (in the summer season) a one-time service fee of PLN 100 will be charged.
  8. Guests are financially liable for any damage or destruction of objects and furnishings and technical equipment of the apartment, resulting from their fault or fault of their visitors.
  9. The owner of the apartment is not responsible for the damage or loss of the objects of guests and people invited by them.
  10. The apartment is strictly non-smoking, grilling on the balcony.
  11. The loss of a key or remote control to the garage door by the Guest entails the deduction of 200 PLN from the deposit.
  12. The owner of the apartment is not responsible for the damage of the car parked on the parking spot in the underground garage.
